individual retail facility

Cee Jay Frederick Associates' involvement in projects for individual retail facilities has been concerned with the performance of land planning, architectural (building) design, and landscape architecture.  In many cases, the facilities existed within the context of a larger scale shopping center, though sometimes, the individual facilities were almost large enough to comprise a shopping center by themselves.  In these instances, reliance was placed upon the deployment of the full range of professional disciplines to effect a successful and aesthetically pleasing retail environment.  Historical preservation and adaptive reuse have also characterized the work within this context, and, on these projects, as well, a complete planning, architectural, and landscape architectural effort was required.
