Cee Jay Frederick Associates’ work in an industrial context has been primarily architectural design, with the exception of the Maintenance Area Master Plan for Longwood Gardens (which focused more upon vehicular circulation and road/highway design) and the land planning for an industrial park layout in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.  All of the design solutions provided a response that involved a contemporary reconciliation of the demanding functional requirements befitting the work environment, while striving to establish a commercial presentation format for the sake of notoriety and acceptance.
