Office projects taken on by Cee Jay Frederick Associates—although varied in nature—have almost exclusively focused upon owner-occupied facilities.  Design efforts may have been relatively small in scale, addressing even accessory functions in intimate detail, whereas most planning related involvement has been large in scale, focused upon the preservation of the zoning rights to enable the construction of a complex of buildings or an entire corporate campus.  In all cases, application of the firm’s interdisciplinary capabilities and knowledge of the implications of the larger and smaller, more detailed aspects of the site and architectural parameters have been instrumental in effecting a more appropriate and successful solution.
